Managing Cloud Agents

The Cloud Agent is a service that processes Steps in the IConduct platform. Steps processing occurs one at a time on a Cloud Agent without being bound to any Interface. Each Cloud Agent is assigned to a specific Connection at the stage of its creation.

By default, IConduct platform offers its own cloud agent called "IConduct" that locates on IConduct’s servers. As an option, you can create and manage your own corporate Cloud Agents located within your corporate LAN. This ensures increased security of your company’s data. The most efficient place to locate a Cloud Agent is an end-user system with the data meant for transition.
